Very quiet, large warm room with large bathroom.Bathrobes and slippers.Good breakfast. WIthin walkind distance from everything - 15-30 minutes - Spanish steps to Vatican and Capitol Hill. I loved the location and the setup of the hotel. a small boutique set away in a building on the 4th floor it gives the feeling of intimacy and personality. with a small balcony and very friendly and welcoming staff i can recomend this for people that like to stay away from the big hotels and are looking for something more intimate. it was nice and clean and well taken care. the simplicity combined with the mediteran style really appealed to me.

Usually when I travel with groups or
solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The best thing is 2 minutes distance from Piazza Navona

The location was perfect, near the piazza Navona and at walking distance from all the major sights in Rome, such as Vatican city and the Trevi fountain.
The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.

The location is great, just around the corner from the Campo de Fiori. You can walk to everything from here because it's such a central location. There are lots of restaurants and cafes everywhere. The room was nice and quiet at night. We liked the open courtyards with the pretty flowers. We were on the second floor and it was a little hard hauling our luggage up those steps. There was a lift but we didn't see any guests using it, only staff. Otherwise great hotel!

The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. -
