nice staff, good location, clean and nice rooms ,breakfast enough, near a lot of shops and good pizza reseaurant barocco, i will recommend you. In four visits to rome in 2 years this is by far the best room we have had also great location, highly recommended. it was a very peasant stay and next time we ll be in rome we definatelly stay in the same hotel. The manager carlo was so kind and helpfull.

Hotel is close to Termini Train station (400 mt) and very close to metro and bus stations. It is at the third floor of an old building and seems to have been renovated recently with good decoration, flat tv and impressive bath room. Breakfast is good. Hotel staff is very friendly. Free wireless or cable internet is available at lobby. The staff were very friendly and polite, Carlo was very helpfull and the rooms were clean and tidy with plenty of fresh towels. No bath tub though they said there was a bathroom. our room was tiny; there was no room to sit except on the bed. elevator requires a key which was difficult to use. The single room I had was quite small, however the shower facility was spacious and there was plenty of hot water at all times. Thin walls a problem when next to a very noisy family.Breakfast - elevator. small lift. We asked room with bath tub, but only shower. no towel hanger. breakfast was not great: on the last day of my stay there was no milk. All hotel staffs smoke cigarettes all times, with closed doors, windows. It's full of cigarettes smell everywhere, hallway, ie. We had to hold our breath upon entering the hotel, until reaching the room. Other thing else is fine. Good and friendly staffs, except smoking. -Rooms are too much small -Rooms wall are too much thin , I was able to hear people next to my room having sex from the first to last moment. -It is not a hotel , you can call “ACCOMMODATION” -Breakfast very poor -Price is too much for value. evgerything starting from the lift till the breakfast.

- Take a local train or a shuttle bus (Terravision or Schiaffini) up to Termini railway station.

By Car:
From the North:
- Take the A1 highway towards Rome.
- Exit at Roma Nord.
- Join the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare) ring road.
- Exit at Settebagni.
- Follow the road all the way into the city centre, following signs for Termini railway station.

From the South:
- Take the A1 highway towards Rome.
