  We had many problems before we even arrived as B.a cancelled our flight.I had to phone the hotel who were very helpful, cancelling pre-bookedtaxis etc. Once there, the staff were exceptional, cleanlinessbrilliant, it is a lovely hotel - It was central to all places of interest.   We just got back from Rome & spent 10 days at the Hotel Parlamento. We couldn't be happier with our stay. They arranged our pick up & drop off at the airport & welcomed us at the door upon arrival.   I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.

We liked the open courtyards with the pretty flowers. We were on the second floor and it was a little hard hauling our luggage up those steps. There was a lift but we didn't see any guests using it, only staff. Otherwise great hotel!

  The staff is nice and will make you feel welcome. The rooms are OK. It's a 5 minute walk from Termini train station and city centre is not far away. Breakfast is decent. I would say it's expensive for what you get, but in fact it's very good value for money for a place like Rome. I was glad I stayed there. - The place was clean, well located.

  Vänligt bemötande, bra rum och skaplig ljudisolering mot den livliga gatan utanför. Helt okej frukost för att vara Italien. - Rummen var rena och fina. Väldigt små dock. Stort badrum istället. Hotellpersonalen var trevlig, flexibel och hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger på 3 våningen (hiss finns) så inget störande buller utifrån. Prisvärdigt hotell.
