  This is a residence, not a hotel, where there is housekeeping service without breakfast or coffee/tea set in the room, but if you need accommodation to feel at home, this is the right place to stay. We previously stayed here for more than 1 month before finding an apartment to rent and found it very comfortable to stay. Catch the tram to flamino ( can't go wrong it only goes there and back, 1.50€ pay on the tram) then either catch the metro ( on the same ticket) or walk, shop and sightsee on the via del corso all the way to the centre of Rome .

The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, with some good restaurants within a short walking distance.   It was very quiet away from all the maddening crowds, close to bank machines/metro stop and the romans away from the tourist sections were very nice. Also the rooms were very fresh/clean/air conditioning worked great after the heat/dust from the city. Breakfast was very good and if asking for a cappucino it was made for you.   We spent a 10-day honeymoon there and have absolutely no complaints :) The owner Marianna is very kind and helpful, and the place is exactly as shown on pictures. All rooms are very nicely furnished, each has an element as a theme, it's all very nicely thought out. Public transport is as good as promised, metro is near, there are also buses taking... what people say » you to different parts of the city. There is a supermarket, a post office, a pharmacy, many restaurants and cofee shops nearby. Rooms are very clean, - The B&B owner Marianna was very polite and helpful and gave us good advice for Rome and a very useful map. The hotel was very pretty with great decoration and felt like home. Also the neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. In general the region of Prati is a liitle bit far from the historic center but is a quality place to stay in Rome.
