  Unfortunately we had problems with other booking so we did reservation in Residence the same evening we arrived. The reception has been already closed but manager came from home to organize check in. The day of departure we called manager to ask about a possibility to leave our luggage and because we were with small kids they allowed to stay until... what people say » the evening without additional charge. The location is fantastic,50 meters from Collosseo, the facilities are basic but you don't need more for a sho - Everything was perfect! the staff was very hepfull and the trasportation that the hotel arranged was very convenience. Very Close to colosseum and 20min walk to fontana di trevi and Pantheon.

  Good value for the cost. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Proximity to the Stazione Termini for a quick departure to the airport was wonderful. Had Rome maps available for guests.   Catia was there to greet us and looked after us on a very personable level. The hotel was amazing. For us it had the best view in Rome. It was like being inside the Colesseum we were so close. If we went back we wouldn't hesitate to book and we would book out travel times on this hotels availability because we really don't think that any other hot... what people say » el offers what they do. I am also a really fussy traveller and I'm never satisfied with anything due to having a life in the top hotels due to work. S - Well... we had the view- so there wasn't much more to focus on! It was so easy to find from the metro and the um huge site right outside the doors. This hotel is above a restaurant with the same name. We got a key to enter through the side whenever we wanted. We were on the third floor (they'd say second in Italy) with stairs, but it was no problem for us. The room was huge and I could have held a party in that bathroom. The shower was amazing. The a/c was one of the strongest in my experience.
