  It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water.   This apartment had everything we needed... except a kettle.... It was in a fantastic location, walking distance to everything. Our host, Gian Paolo, was welcoming and helpful. We ate at many local restaurants, walked to all the incredible historic sites and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome! We walked down many other streets with some uneasy feel... what people say » ings, but Via Viminale felt so safe and friendly. We would love to come back :)

Good sound insulation from the street (there is a daily street market daily just outside). The closeness of station did not bother us, because most of the streets are really quiet. The room was clean with all the necessary staff. The breakfast was only sweet.

  The hotel was close to the Termini and in a safe location. The girls at reception were friendly and helpful and also carried my suitcase up to the first floor...much appreciated . The bed was comfortable with furniture being tradipional - Staff were excellent, very helpful and informative.
