It is a friendly place. The decor is nice but the furniture is worn. Fabio is a fabulous host and always willing to fix you a cuppocino or a water. The breakfast is very good with good selection and fresh pastries, eggs and juice. Staff were excellent - both in the reception and Fabio and his team in the breakfast room! Kind, service-minded and helpful. Breakfast was good compared to Rome standards.

The second room (105) did not. It's a little cramped but if your out to see the sites and just sleeping there then it's okay. It's not a 4-star by US STDS. Noting worth mentioning. Our Family divided in Two seperate room. one room is not Good . Other is super. Price is little bit high. some rooms are a bit small but for this price it is ok. Hard bed & noisy guests !!. There wasn´t box in the bathroom which caused floods in the bathroom. My room was very far from the reception, I had to walk through 6 alleys to get to my room door, not even the internet wi-fi signal could reach my room. The room, quite small and I would have preferred a single big bed instead of two small beds(obviously, I cannot sleep in both at once.) All the Dstv channels except two were in italian. Made tv viewing quite boring. Lastly, one of the receptionists(precisely the one I met on my arrival(June 8) was so condescending. Answering my enquiries seemed much of an effort. Left with the impression that the guy had issues with my race. They had a sign offering meals and room service and when we asked about getting a meal they really wanted us to go else where. No internet in room. Throw my small washing gel. The evaluation of the hotel : 4 stars. It's far from a 4 stars (for Italy). Very small rooms, bad smell in rooms, breakfast in small restoran and not very good either. Rooms are very small, although I was expecting this. Double beds are two singles pushed together, which I find quite annoying. However I think that's probably the case in a lot of hotels. If u r going in a summer time the air condition is not working proper and hotel did not provide the fan as well if u need to , Rooms r very small and bed is not so comferteble as they are charging the room rate. This is not a 4 star hotel!!!! Very uncomfortable bed, for the double bed I would say a bit bigger than a single bed!it is ridiculous to have it in a "4" star hotel! For this niveau you can find cheaper hotels and much bigger rooms!. One of the staff was hostile. A room didn't match ordered. It was too much difficult to explain that we only would want room we have paid for. The description on booking didn't match the hotel suggestion. The employee tell us "discription and photos may be any". It was uncomfortable. Non-recomended at all.
