  We arrived very early and tied preparing to wait until the time our pre-booked standard room was available. We were immediately placed in a superior room at no extra cost. The hotel staff made us feel welcome right from the start of our stay and all our needs were met without our asking. The location was excellent for the train station, well lit up at night. bReakfast was excellent and a wide variety and the room was spotlessly clean especially the bathroom.   very clean and modern and it was only 2 minutes walk from the Termini. The staff were great and very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Also the use of a free laptop with internet access in your own room was also excellent - It was an excellent choice. Staff very helpful. The hotel - Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.
