Even though the hotel is right next to the busy termini station, you actually do not see the crowd in the hotel street. Hotel is in a excellent location & highly recomended for people who are first time travellers to ROME (since the termini, info points & metro station is just minutes away). No luxory but good for it's price. Excellent location: 3 minutes from Termini where you can reach the subway, the sightseeing buses, airport transfer. Friendly staff. all reviews » The location was great. Literally one block from Roma Termini. So, it's very convenient to get to and from the airport and you can take the privately run double Decker buses to tour the city or take public transit. Very close Termini, metro and bus tours. Price good. Easy to find. Nice bathroom. Breakfast included, but only continental. Desk man very helpful. The room is big and tidy. Love that there is an elevator. I was told that the management have not bothered to fix/repair the wi fi system. Breakfast was very disappointing, and NOT one english TV channel was available. Breakfast Timings were too short No flexibility for the late guests arriving for the breakfast. No Wifi in the rooms at all. The hotel took double payment by credit card and in cash. breakfast is fast. the old and dirty furniture in the rooms. the elevator which stops in between the floors and oblige visitors to lift their bags up and down. They blocked money, but in the conditions of the booking was the information that I should pay cash on the reception. What's more, they didn't make me a bill and only made a bill for whole amount for my friend. Despite on I paid forward for the hotel I asked 3 times about the bill, but at the end inly before departure got it with the name of my friend and not mine:(. small room. Seems cheap more like motel than hotel. Too expensive for what it is. No airconditioning and have to carry lugguage up stairs........otherwise ok. The hotel is terrible,very smelly and horrible hygiene problem,especially the toilet.there is a big moth in the room,really terrible.the breakfast nothing ,normally There is coffee machine with italian B&B,but hotel capital only have one coffee pot,really nothing to eat. Wasnt impressed with the room. The bathroom had paint peeling from the walls and there was a hole in the shower door it was also very small. The breakfast was awful and I didnt find the breakfast room very clean. very poor staff unhelpful, not clean< very bad breakfast small and unclean rooms. Dingy, old, not well maintained, no wifi in rooms, night staff were rude and used obscenities in front of guests.
