  We stayed here for my 40th birthday and really enjoyed the luxury of the hotel and its facilities. We were upgraded to a suite which was an additional treat. The staff were helpful and the buffet breakfasts were wonderful. The hotel is situated just along from the Ponte Vecchio so was perfectly located.   The stuff was friendly and helpful. The location was great. The hotel isreally close to the centre of the city. The breakfast was great tastyand fresh. Apparently, this hotel acts as central booking for 4 hotels that are all next door to each other. The location was great. Literally across the street from the train station which comes in handy when luggage is involved. The fact that is is just across the street from the train station was perfect for us because we took a train into and out of Florence, so the hotel could not have been more convenient for dealing with heavy suitcases.
