We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. - We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.

It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. It is 20 minutes far away from the station and 10 minutes from Duo

We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!

It was fantastic! Newly and tastefully renovated, great location (close to Termini but not in an unsafe area), very comfortable, good buffet breakfast and pleasant surroundings. Really clear, the room, the breakfast on the terrace. definitly all - It was all great - we arrived much earlier than the allowed booking time, but they let us leave our luggage there until the room was ready, and they made every effort to get our room ready quickly. Overall, a great place to stay!

The price and cleanliness were excellent. The staff was helpful and kind, allowing me to store bags at nearby Hotel Almani, providing towels, in fact changing the linen almost daily, also assisting me with bags. By far the best hostel we've stayed at. Room was immaculately clean andspacious, there's a kitchen on each floor so there is no overcrowding.It's not a party place but it's very secure and comfortable. The stationis about a 10 minute walk, and the centre of town is easily reached byfoot. Highly recommended - It was really close to the train station
