We loved the garden (it looks well looked after) and the staff were very helpful and friendly - we'd like to thank Antonio especially for his assistance with our stay. We liked its central location, that it has a lovely garden in which you can sit and it is located across from a park as well as very near the train station.They take care about our parking - they drive to and from the garage . More pictures would also help.One of the staff at reception was very rude and I got the impression hedid not like british people that much. This is definitely not a 3-star hotel, more like a 2-star. The carpets on the floor are dirty, otherwise the blankets and the sheets are clean. It's not that close to the train station. With luggage, it takes about 7 minutes. There are much better hotels in the neighborhood.breakfast was of poor quality, one staff member in particular was rather unhelpful, room was in poor condition -water stain on ceiling and in need of a paint job. Breakfast - poor - fruit was bruised and going off and the coffee was awful.Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room. the rooms were terrible. The breakfast was like being at school, not the best way to start your day especially whilst you're in beautiful Florence. The room was very poor not a 3 star room more like 1 star. Very dull, in dire need of decorating and modernisation. Not very clean, extremely noisy and over priced.the "towels"! small size of bathroom. poor breakfast. Room was dirty.and generally hotel was poor for 118 euro per night. the smell was horrendous, the rooms were dirty and damp.
