  Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying. Br... what people say » eakfast was nice and to be honest I read a lot of reviews slating the breakfast but I found nothing wrong with it. Who wants to eat a big breakfast o - We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling. I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need. The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.

  Everything was awesome. The owner, Massimo is a great person! was very helpful and kind.. Location is 5min. to Termini station and very close to Trevi,Collesseo and all other central places.   Federico the host was very friendly and welcoming. He provided us with an orientation to Rome and gave us some tips for exploring the city which was much appreciated. I am a young woman, and could walk around without my husband even in the eve - It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

  Giuseppe (the host) was very friendly and accommodating, we mentioned that it was our honeymoon and he provided us with a bottle of champagne and glasses. But it's very convenient if you do. Dozens of nearby restaurants and shops. Th - Very good location, near to railway station but not noisy (very soundproof window) and with underground station, bus stop, nice restaurants and supermakects nearby. We found evything we need around here. The building itself is fantastic too with a traditional elevator. More important, stuff is very friendly and helpfull and he speaks very good English. And the room is clear and spatial and bed is confortable. What can you ask for at such a rate! In a word, it is really a nice place to stay when

  The rooms and facilities were of good standard. The terrace looked very attractive but we were visiting in March so it was a bit cold to sit out. It was an extremely handy location, being near the main train and metro station and within walking distance of a lot of the main attractions such as the Colosseum, Forum and the Trevi fountain etc. There... what people say » is a handy place for breakfast just around the corner where the staff are very friendly. There are lots of other eating places cating for all budgets - Very good location - Central Rome, 5 minutes walk from Termini station. The beautiful terrace, free coffe and tea.
