  Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying. Who wants to eat a big breakfast o - We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling. I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need. The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.

  Everything was awesome. The owner, Massimo is a great person! was very helpful and kind.. Location is 5min. to Termini station and very close to Trevi,Collesseo and all other central places. Price is not much. It worths.   Federico the host was very friendly and welcoming. He provided us with an orientation to Rome and gave us some tips for exploring the city which was much appreciated. The pics on this site are very accurate- the place is quite pretty and clean- and my cleanliness standards are high! I am a young woman, and could walk around without my husband even in the eve - It has a great location. You can reach everything by foot with a short walk (or talk the metro if you want to). Usually the area close to the train station is not great, but this hotel is located in the best area close to the train station. We were out until midnight every day, and only met friendly people. The breakfast is great and the room is spacious and very silent. The staff is very friendly, never had so much insider information at check-in. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Th - Very good location, near to railway station but not noisy (very soundproof window) and with underground station, bus stop, nice restaurants and supermakects nearby. We found evything we need around here. The building itself is fantastic too with a traditional elevator. More important, stuff is very friendly and helpfull and he speaks very good English.
