Giuseppe (the host) was very friendly and accommodating, we mentioned that it was our honeymoon and he provided us with a bottle of champagne and glasses. He also let us borrow his cork screw for the entire week and helped my wife carry her bag. The location is excellent, easy 5 minute walk to termini station and walking distance to all the main attractions. You don't have to use trains or buses if you don't want to. But it's very convenient if you do. Dozens of nearby restaurants and shops. Th.

We found evything we need around here. The building itself is fantastic too with a traditional elevator. More important, stuff is very friendly and helpfull and he speaks very good English. The owner of the hotel is very friendly and kind person. He answered all question by e-mail before we arrived in the hotel. It is near to termini station and you can go to the main turistics points by food. Although we shared the bathroom, it was always clean. Get a scooter, and go to the beach!. Wi-fi is very fast. you can take kruvasan whatever you want. The location is very close to termini station (5 minutes). It told us that we needed to go to another street address to check in but that is not correct. Very noisy, bcs it is on the main street. We couldn't open the window during the whole day. A shared bathroom is always a little awkward, but as with everything else it was very clean and nicely kept. The B&B is on the third floor of a mixed use building and there's only a tiny sign outside. At first look we weren't sure if there was really a B&B there. But once inside we found the whole place comfortable and enjoyable. Nothing. Nothing that we can think of. the bathroom is shared. (2 rooms use 1 bathroom).But it is clean and water is good, so I think no problem :)). The water in the hotel was nearly not drinkable, probably because the tube was too old. The room was very small which became frustrating. The hair dryer was very small,so if you have long heavy hair, you should bring your own. The included breakfast was packaged pastries and instant coffee - I didn't eat it once. The train station. Is very close that u could hear the noise. The lift is very small, only for 3 persons. It would be better if we have better breakfast!. The only peoblem we faced was there weren't many electric sockets to plug into. So we faced some issues to recharge our gadgets. A bit noisy from the road. Old facilities, not so clean and some noise from street. Noise from the road. But this will be inevitable due to close location from train station and Rome itself. None. VERY loud (even with windows shut), vibrations with passing metro, front desk not always staffed. Breakfast was very much lacking. We had own bathroom, but not all rooms do.. so be aware. The rooms are small and shabby, not really much like the pictures on the website.
