The man who works at the reception was very very helpful to us. Not only did he help carry up all of our luggage (which was alot for 3 people), he also assisted us to call our hire car company as we can't speak Italian. He continued to try to call and get through to them for the whole time we stayed over 2 days and also sent an email for us.

Given the price, the location of this hotel is incredible. It's a 10
minutes leisure walk through a nice old streets of Milan to the Milan
Cathedral. The possibilities for breakfast/dinner are great since
the hotel is in the center and few cafés are few minutes from the hotel.
(I personally recommend Happy Café). The personnel was very friendly,
knowledgeable and helpful. We received various valuable tips for our
stay at the city which we all used and liked. Also, the room was big,
comfortable

This place was lovely! The man on reception was really friendly and helpful, suggesting different places to go in the city and how to get there. The apartment was smart, clean, and a pretty cool place to stay! I've stayed in a few places in Milan but this was by far the nicest and worked out cheaper than a hotel because we stayed as a group of 4.

It was a great room for a family with young kids. There was a loft and
they loved that. The room was spacious. Right next to the hotel was a
coffee shop and in the morning they have great croissants, sandwiches
and coffee/tea. There was a curb parking across and it was free. I
was able find parking spot and avoid paying for an overnight park. The
metro stop is very close and trams are stopping at the corner of the
street 100 meters away.

2- The location of hotel is near Istria metro station which can be easily reached by central station by one metro change:
Take line 3 (direction Comasina) and then change in ZARA station. Take line 5 (direction BIGNAMI)

Carlo was an outstanding host and we were delighted to receive his warm
welcome on arrival. He has excellent English and was very friendly and
helpful, showing us to our room and making sure we had a map and his
recommendation for dinner. We loved dining at Tre Pini and the room was
even better than pictured with a kitchenette. It's an easy bus ride
from Milano Centrale or a short taxi ride. So glad that we decided to
stay here. Great value and a great experience, too.
