The man who works at the reception was very very helpful to us. Not only did he help carry up all of our luggage (which was alot for 3 people), he also assisted us to call our hire car company as we can't speak Italian. He continued to try to call and get through to them for the whole time we stayed over 2 days and also sent an email for us.
He gave us 2 options for parking and offered to go with us to the place for free parking on the street , but we took the paid parking option which was ver. all reviews »
Given the price, the location of this hotel is incredible. It's a 10
minutes leisure walk through a nice old streets of Milan to the Milan
Cathedral. The possibilities for breakfast/dinner are great since
the hotel is in the center and few cafés are few minutes from the hotel.
(I personally recommend Happy Café). The personnel was very friendly,
knowledgeable and helpful. We received various valuable tips for our
stay at the city which we all used and liked. Also, the room was big,
comfortable .
Location of the hotel was very convenient - close to all the tourist attractions, cosy restaurants and public transport. Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was very helpful, the staff was professional and friendly both prior and during our stay. Upon arrival a pipe from the geaser was leaking, but this was fixed immediatly - I was impressed with this speedy service.
The young man on reception was very friendly and helpfull, explained everything by good English and even showed the free parking which is about 5 min by foot from the hotel. Many thanks to him! Free city maps. Room was not so spacious but clean and warm. There is good pizza restaurant by left side of the entrance. Hotel is just 15 minutes from Duomo by foot. We recommend this hotel.
Best hotel in our trip. Value for money. Tram just outside the hotel straight to the city in 10mins. 2mins walk to a small shop by the corner of the street where you can have cheap breakfast and buy your transport tickets. (Remember to stamp your new tickets on your first trip if you got a day pass. we got fine for 53 euro) Helpful staff, nice quite room with perfect faliciliies.
nice hotel with very helpful receptionist,new furniture,clean bathroom and the room was really big!the tram was 10m outside the hotel and took us to duomo at nearly 10 minutes.for breakfast many options in the way to duomo and for the night the area of navigli 5 minutes walk for beer,pizza and apperitivo!!cool area full of students and young people.generally good!.

very nice apartment, the stuf very kind end helpful. If you don't mind to walk a bit you are absolutely free to get in 15min to the Duomo, but you can also catch a tram and get in the center in less than 10min. in the kitchen you can cook there is every thing you need, except the things for coffe! wi-fi in rooms.

the room is large enough for 4 person with luggages! the design is pretty good since the kitchen is nicely hidden in the cupboard. that's very cute ! and u can enjoy the sunshine n fresh air from the big 3 windows which is the most important to me. we and my friends love this hotel.
The hotel is located close to the tram lines and there were several places to eat nearby. The staff was nice enough. We had a three person room for just the 2 of us, and we had plenty of space to be comfortable. I felt that the hotel was good for what we paid.

Close to the city center, spacious studio for 4 adults.
There's no possibility for parking at the hotel and therefore we
spent 15-20 minutes searching for a nearby parking with security. I
recommend to the hotel to give some tips beforehand so the visitors can
plan the cost of parking (approx. 15€ per day) and the location. The
kitchenette is very small and has only the basic equipment. I recommend
to use the cafés and restaurants around the hotel.
Mini-kitchen was well-equipped but hidden inside the cupboard just near the sofa, so when somebody used it, there was a problem for others to move across the room because of opened cupboard doors. Radiator in bathroom was switched off during the night.

It would be more convinient if they had a sponge and some liquid soap for the dishes. Since they have these facilities like cooking, they should provide the way to clean all these after use...
Also the label outside the hotel was so small that you couldnt see it easily. We passed twice in front of the hotel to find it.

The windows look in a courtyard, not so important but just to be exact. :-).
The air-con was lacking and weak. The bathroom was tight as with the shower stall. Water pressure was lacking.

Our apartment had a power shortage probably due to a problem with the kitchen. However the staff came and fix it very quickly.

The kitchenette, though well equipped, needed tea towels and detergent. It was obvious that dishes had been washed previously and put away before being dried because they all were still wet. Also, our roomhadno window that we could access to see outside, resulting in a rather closed in feeling.

We were booking one-bedroom apartment...in reality I would call it quadruple room. Sound proofing was poor...you can hear how chairs are moved in other rooms, so in the morning it was a bit noisy.

Kitchen equipment is very poor - no electric kettle, no microwave. Still the main problem (and it really caused us great inconvenience) - there is no kitchen knife!!!
So how can we use kitchen if there are no tools to prepare food, what were they thinking?.
- guy where we came was really nice at the reception but the women was horrible, was really bored didn't want to help and left at 20:20 and she suppost to stay until 21:00
- wifi didn't work in our room so if you're going for business trip it's not a good choice.
