  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome

  A family of four with kids 4 and 7 yo, we were looking for a long weekend in Rome. Rome hotel prices are generally quite high but this one was quite reasonable. We had a suite with a queen and two bunk beds, along with a kitchenette. It was very clean and came with a basic 'continental' breakfast.   We only stayed one night but I can tell you it was a great stay. The hosts welcomed us at the door, they were chatty friendly sooooo nice.The room was very nice and the bathroom was excellent - the shower was big with good pressure and hot water. The bed was very comfortable and the room very clean and cosy. Definitely one of the best designed hotel ever stayed in.
