It is a very welcoming place in the transport hub, with all facilities close at hand and when our niece turned up from Milan to visit us unexpectedly they assisted by booking her in at a very reasonable rate at short notice. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.
