Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. Very pleased and highly recommendable. -

Everything perfect, our room wasn't en suite but the shared bathroom was fine, very clean. The shower though would have been tight for a large person. In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that
was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you
can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big
and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and
around you have many shops and a supermarket.

- The location is great. The bus stop is 5 mins away and the bus 60 gets you to Plaza Venezia, few mins away from Colosseum. The public transport in Rome is excellent, its pure easy to find your way around the city. There's also a supermarket nearby.

B&B 2012 is located near Tiburtina Station (a little bit far from city center). To reach city center you have to reach tiburtina station (by bus, 3 stops or by walk 15 min) then metro line B (connection to line A at termini station). Very good price for this quality. We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.

Very good location, you can use the bus lines and go easily everywhere in the center of Rome and to the Vatican City. Mr Peter helped us to use the buses.
