Casa Petrarca was a wonderful place to stay in beautiful Venezia! The location is hard to beat in my opinion, less that 5 minutes to Piazza San Marco, 10 minutes to the Rialto bridge. The room was small but very comfortable and clean, though next time we would probably opt for a room with a ensuite bathroom. It's nice that it is close to st mark's square. Breakfast was good. Josie in the breakfast room was very nice and attentive to our needs. The front desk clerks were very helpful. Rooms were clean. I will stay here again.

It was in a very nice area of San Marco, right by all the high-end shopping and 2 minute walk to the square. It also was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. - Great location. Room was fantastic, smart decor, lovely and clean, bathroom fantastic!! Pleasantly surprised!!

Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).
The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells.
