  The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town. The staff where verry nice, the cleanliness was ok, we where impressed by the fact that we where moved from a double room because the climatic sistem didn't work well and we received a suite (an appartment) and no difference to pay.

  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel.   The experience was great. Everything perfect. The staff really helpful; the bedrooms big, beautiful and clean; breakfast included and good and good location. 15 minutes walk from the Duomo.   The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.
