  The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town. The staff where verry nice, the cleanliness was ok, we where impressed by the fact that we where moved from a double room because the climatic sistem didn't work well and we received a suite (an appartment) and no difference to pay.

  Front desk/reception staffs are friendly and provide very helpful information about what to do and where to go - My room was comfortable and clean. There was no problem with late returns. I did not spend much time at the hotel, but used it as a base for other activities

  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. The breakfast at the Rege was excellen - The hotel was close to the metro, with a shuttle available. It was a 15 minute metro ride to the Duomo, with easy connections. It was very convenient.
