  Our room (205) was fantastic, it this was on the recently modernisedside of the hotel and was a superior double. The room was very spacious,and the bed was huge, and comfy. The bedroom/living area had two largewindows overlooking a small canal which was lovely. The stunningbathroom had a bath big enough for two! We will be back!! - Everything! the room was amazing! it was a superior room we booked but when we got there it was a 2 story suite and that is what their superior rooms are! gorgeous and luxurious! breakfast was great and staff were so helpful. The location was great, close to San Marco Square. We truly loved this hotel :)

  The rooms were beautifully decorated and the ambience of a former VenetianPalace was very elegant. The Staff was most friendly and accomodating. - Very friendly and professional staff. Hotel was very clean and well-equipped. Good location. Excellent all round!

  We booked Albergo Bonvecchiati but were transferred to the sister Hotel 1 min away Palazzo Bonvecchiati. This Hotel is a 4 star but was a 5 star by our standards. The staff were the best we've ever met, the hotel is brand new and modern, so beautiful and very well located. Albergo Bonvecchiati is more antique looking and seems very nice as well but... what people say » we didn't get a chance to see it. Very pleased! - the hotel was central to everything! We loved the location and the big breakfast. The room was small but I was prepared for that after reading the reviews. We went just before easter and got a great price - I would not have paid the standard rate during peak season - too expensive and too many tourists. Overall, a brilliant holiday. Glad I picked the Albergo Bonvecchaiti.

  This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back but ask for waterside room. -... what people say » I bought two nights for friends of mine as a gift. They came back and were very happy with Villa Laguna. They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). They said the views from the winter garden were magnificent.
