The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and funny! The location couldn't have been better - central to everything with excellent views. having informed hotel that it was our 25th wedding anniversary, we were given a free upgrade to a junior suite, which was delightfuf. Very central and easy for vaporetto. Compared to hotels each side cost was good. Fantastic views from suite rooms.It was very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble and our possible needs were anticipated. The people at the front desk were very helpful with tour information, restaurants, etc.The helpfulness of staff, the hotel location and excellent coffee at breakfast. Location of the hotel - very central to St Mark's square and water buses.The great location. From the airport is better to take the bus untilpiazzale Roma and then the water bus no.52. It's a direct/fast line andit will stopped just few meters away from the hotel.
