Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy back

The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.
