The owner is very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect, walking distance to Vatican and St Angelo Castle and city centre is only 15 mins away walking. I would not look for another place to stay when I go back to Rome again.

  Right by Termini station, which is great for those flying to Rome, as there are direct buses from and back to the airports; very friendly staff; independent and safe (really safe!) entrance to the building; room cleaned every day, towels changed, clean bed sheets soap/shampoo, etc. provided; air con; hair dryer; fridge; very quiet (no street/rest... what people say » aurant noise); TV (if you understand Italian); breakfast included (a typical Italian breakfast, a small croissant and a cup of coffee) - B&B Termini is run by very nice people who helped us with great tourist information. They also stored our luggage for us for the day and also for a week while we traveled elsewhere before returning to Rome. It is close to the main station - so an ideal location. The room is a bit squeezy with 2 adults & 2 children but it is fine for sleeping, clean, has a nice en-suite & good air-conditioning.

Located near the Central Station Termini...Comfortable, clean, all that you need for the rest after a good trip around the city...The main charm of this place is the hostess - Signora Barbara, the most friendly and corteous woman, who is always ready to help and moreover...she is a very beautiful lady, "italia... what people say » na vera"...Grazie mille!!! - The room was quite large for two of us, very cosy and comfortable. There was a fridge and fast Wi-fi connestion in the room. The hostess was very nice and pleasant with us. And we also enjoyed a simple but tasty breakfast.

  I had a Bad day in Rome... and then I was greeted here by a smiling happy helpful Barbara and my dat changed. Clean and bright rooms with fridge tv aircon toiletries the woeks and for a great price. Such a great location 3 mins walk from Termini . Surrounding the place are restaurants and shops and a supermarket nearby. The place was really ... what people say » clean and Barbara helped me do things cheaper in Rone with her knowledge. I found a gem of Rome.Thanks! - First and foremost the place is quite affordable. We went there quite late and the staff there were happy to stay back waiting for us which I thought was very nice of them. We were put through a thorough background check which put us off at first but completely understood why in the end. Its for our safety as well as theirs. Its quite convenient being close to Termini Station. And don't expect the breakfast to be grand for the price.
