It;s really good for a brief visit... Located near the Central Station Termini...Comfortable, clean, all that you need for the rest after a good trip around the city...The main charm of this place is the hostess - Signora Barbara, the most friendly and corteous woman, who is always ready to help and moreover...she is a very beautiful lady, "italiana vera"...Grazie mille!!!. The room was quite large for two of us, very cosy and comfortable. There was a fridge and fast Wi-fi connestion in the room. The hostess was very nice and pleasant with us. And we also enjoyed a simple but tasty breakfast.
all reviews » The plus point is the staff, Barbra, helpful, motherly. Many food outlets around hotel. Near to Termini station for train and shuttle bus services. Very close to Termini Station, which was the purpose for our visit. Staff was very friendly. Basic room. Location!!! Location!!! Location!!! And a very sweet staff: Barbara. Poor breakfast :(( but in Rome no way to starve. was hard to find due to lack of signs and it is weird that theres no reception, the old lady waiting for me in the room checking me In. Nothing. It was a bit noisy, but with closed windows it was ok. Breakfast could be poor, (coffee and sweet pastry), but is enough to get started and Barbara brings it to the room at the time requested, so no need to go anywhere for it!. At Sunmoon, I was charged about 20 € more than the real price I booked the hotel at letsbookhotel.com without any reasons! It was a really negative attitude and unfortunately overshadowed all the good points!!!. Small. Breakfast. 1) Vastly Overpriced. 2) Very basic facilities. 3) No fridge. 4) No tea/coffee making facility. 5) Small room. 6) Poor lighting. 7) Breakfast - disgusting, not in local cafe!.
