    Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

    Everything was good staying in Hotel Ferraro. We were greeted with hospitality and the service was very good. the breakfast was outside the hotel, but we thought that was great. But if you are looking for a luxury - Room was about 100metres away from reception (different building) at the other end of building , opposite the street. Welcomed by a big roman wooden door, which was an unique experience. Room was big, shower with heater was working well. Real stone walls separate rooms from others, total isolation of peace. The bell staff and doorman greeted us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. The roof top bar was a beautiful place to st - My wife and I greatly appreciated our stay at this hotel. We have a wonderful time there, and the receptionist was so helpful. To be honest all the staff was very nice and helpful. Not to forget the restaurant la terrazza briliant, with a veal to die for among other wonders. The one star Michelin is really well deserved.

    The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini. The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building. The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift. Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition. The room has a TV, fr - The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around the corner was 2 very good restaurants.
