  The staff was really nice and helpful! The room we booked had 2 single beds, at the check in the guy mentioned it to us and offered to look for a room with a double bed. So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room. It was a really nice room, it had sports equipment, hair-style devices, complimentary tea and water and some nice beauty products.... what people say » The location is very close to the party of Milano. - Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is spacious and the bathroom well equipped and cristal clean. The location is good, within walking distance from Garibaldi train and metro station.   The reception was extremely pleasant. I booked a double room for single use (at a discounted rate) and the room was above my expectations - large, with a balcony, a big bathroom, a whole set of bathing accessories. The ceiling is v.high so the room looks very spacious and full of light. The windows faced the inside court- the traffic didn't disturb... what people say » me.Sound isolation is good.Breakfast is generous. - I HAS BOOKED A JUNIOR SUITE BUT WE WERE UPGRADED TO A SUPERIOR SUITE. IT WAS A GREAT FINISH TO OUR HOLIDAY IN ITALY. WE ERE ABLE TO RETAIN THE SUITE TILL 1PM SO IT MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE TO OUR DAY AS WE WERE NOT GOING ON THE SLEEPER TO PARIS TILL 11.30PM. STAFF COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING. WE OFFERED TO PAY FOR AN EXTRA HALF DAY BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE HOTEL WAS FULLY BOOKED.
