  Alina at Belvedere took very good care of us. She was only there in the mornings but made herself available during that time. A small breakfast was served in our room and she did everything possible to accomodate us. She was very friendly and kind. The room was simple but nice. I liked the colour of the curtains and bed spreads and the decor ... what people say » in general. It had good wi-fi, and good air-conditioning. The bathroom was slightly small but comfortable nonetheless. The building on the outside - The location is excellent, it is just in the front of the main metro station- Termini (the district may seems to be dangerous but in fact it is not). Another adventage of Belvedere Termini is the staff working there. Molto bene! We were served breakfast every morning to our room whenever we wanted to (I mean from 8 a.m.). When we had problems to get somewhere the staff was there to help us. The care, they took of us was absolutely perfect.

  My friend and I were there for 4 lovely days and we loved every minute.Staff was very friendly and helpful and we didn't mind going across the street for breakfast(Italian breakfast consisting in coffee and fresh patisserie).   Location was great! Only three blocks from the main train station in Rome! A great laundry one block away, restaurants also close by. Our room slept four adult-sized family members in four individual single beds which were comfortable. My husband's wallet was stolen on the train/Metro (BE CAREFUL!) and the staff was very helpful and sympatheti... what people say » c! - Very very very very helpfull staff. The explained which places to visit, which buses to get, printed out tickets, spoke english. Also location was good, central close to train station, with restaurants near by, safe by night.   Apartment is good. And kitchen facility is good as well. Some previous customers even left food stuff such as oil, salt and coffee for Moka. Save ur money to buy. Of course, we left some food stuff as well. And the tub is huge. Had very nice bathing.

  Owner, Pietro Sadler, was incredibly efficient and gracious in arranging early morning transport to the airport for my 18 year old son who was traveling alone.
