  Everyone we met at Pratinn Vatican was pleasant, interested in making our stay an enjoyable one. Claudio, Federico and Federico's mom were all helpful in making our first trip to Rome a success. We rented the small double room, which had a comfy bed, a ice cold air conditioner ( it was +34C the entire week of our stay ) easy access in and out, clo... what people say » se to the Vatican, with bars and restaurant and a evolving flea market all within nearby walking distance. Even the farmers market was close, 2 blocks - A quiet clean and modern room with a bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the shower was excellent. The location was superb, just a walk down the street and around the corner and you are at the Vatican. The breakfast was excellent, with choices of meats ,eggs ,fruit, pastries and excellent coffee. The hosts were pleasant and helpful. They also can arrange a shuttle if you need to go to the airport at a much better price than taking a taxi. I highly recommend this B&B.

  the location is very good close to the main metro station if you want to rent a car or to travel by train the florence , venice or any place outside rome. the colosseum in 5 to 10 minutes walking from the apartment. the shopping street is 5 min away. the staff are friendly and helpful. the wifi is good. there are restaurants and pubs nearby .

  Absolutely perfect. Located just around the corner from termini and beside metro stop it was very easy to move around the city. The apartment was so clean and spacious. Our bedroom was perfect , nice and cool, nice touch was a mini fridge in our room. We didn't hear anyone else in the apartment even though we know other people were staying. Who wants to eat a big breakfast o - We are absolutely fascinated by the administrator Mabel, which prompted, helped and was always kind and smiling. I like everything: clean rooms, air conditioning and fan, clean comfortable bathroom (even though it was separate from the room), breakfast with everything we need. The hotel's location is also great - from the Termini station you can easily get to other parts of Rome, other cities and regions of Italy as well as to airports.

  When embarking on our first trip to Europe this summer, we decided to use B&B's as opposed to hotel chains during our travels, hoping to get a more personal and private experience. Upon arrival we were welcomed into the "home base" of the establishment and shown to our quarters across the street in another building. On our floor was a guests' common area complete with kitchen facilities, balconi - Location was excellent (once we found it!) very close to coliseum and some nice local restaurants. Room was fairly small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental-style but ample and very good. Staff were helpful but only spoke Italian but we were able to communicate through miming and some broken Italian/English.
