  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

The rooms were in good condition as well, although most rooms have windows opening up to a narrow alley where you can't even see the sky and you can almost reach out to the neighboring room.

  we had an excellent time at the Sanpi--staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were superb!. very easy to access central Milan, either by walking or metro.   What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.
