  The whole experience was delightful, the staff were really friendly and helpful and the restaurant in the hotel served the best food we had in milan. Although the whole experience was expensive, we knew this when we booked it.   We (mom/daughter) got a great last minute rate for standard twin and it was very comfortable for the two of us. Helpful staff, good full breakfast (except tasteless scrambled eggs), soundproof rooms, immediate access to subway, roomy bathroom with tub/shower. - The rooms were considerably larger than most European hotels.
