  The staff was very nice and very help full. They seemed interested in us having a good time in florence will staying in there hotel. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the tv worked. The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice. The hotel staff had great recommendations for places to see to - i will have other people stay here. I do not understand very much italian and I enjoyed my stay. The english speaking was sufficient.   Welcoming and I was grateful to find the staff to be willing and competent English speakers and very accommodating, the hotel was very clean and the location was so close to the airport that I walked there easily in the morning with my pack. Breakfast was great too - Great deal! Excellent breakfast too.
