Great location- just in front the central station with a metro, bus and tram stops just meter away and a nice self service restaurant, great design and spacious room for couple, very nice staff. I first was given a room for which is quite small but was upgraded to a bigger room because the tv didn׳t work without even asking, they just offer me. -

The staff, especially the hotel manager was very friendly and helpful. The room had a nice size and comfortable beds. The bathroom is very clean and modern. It's located across the trainstation "milano centrale", which is great for a short trip.

Very close to some nice bars and a beautiful enoteca, which is a plus in the late evening. Situated in a classic palazzo with just gorgeous inner yard. 4th floor, but there's a funny elevator, so no probs. - It's not far away from the city center. The rooms were big.
