Very close to some nice bars and a beautiful enoteca, which is a plus in the late evening. Situated in a classic palazzo with just gorgeous inner yard. 4th floor, but there's a funny elevator, so no probs. It's not far away from the city center. The rooms were big.The location, the terrace, the entrance. Fresh and clean, friendly staff. it is really comfortable.
all reviews » the price. The hotel was not far from center and it was easy to find it. Also I liked that my room was clean and every day we had a new towels. It was good that they had also electric teapot for using in rooms, so we made or own tea/coffee, and tht was very good!. Very reasonably priced breakfast by Mlan standards; pleasant and helpful staff. We only used the hotel for a late arrival overnight stay and it was fine for that purpose.It takes 25 min by foot to reach Central Station. 10 min from the metro station. There are 2 super markets not so far from the hotel. Good price. Babybed for 10 m. old free of charge - great service. Free internet on a mac.location and price, friendly staff. I really don't have something special to say about this hotel.We liked the value of money and the cleaned room. It's a good cheap hotel if you're staying for a night, and don't want to spend much on you're accomodation. we had a terrible room on the first day it was very bad but then when we change it it was ok. location near city center. price. Good view to the inside yard.only the price. nothing. Shared bathroom and toilet. No bars close to tha hotel. The stuff don't speak english. they don't keep luggages for free. the batroom had a weird smell but was clean. During our stay in this hotel I felt that it was a bit too cold in the room. Maybe some problems with the heating..The bathroom had no outside window and the toilet used a noisy macerator - which turned itself on every minute or so for a few seconds at a time; it took a while to figure out where the noise was coming from!We were able to sleep by keeping the bathroom door shut, so didn't bother mentioning it. If you window of your room on the street side it is loud street sound. Check towels, they can have a strange smell.staff did not attend to plumbing problem promptly. Yes. The shower was broken (in both of the bathrooms), they have wireless but they don't allow the guests to use it, not even charging. They don't care about how much noise the guests do during the night, which means you're not able to sleep if your "neighboors" don't want to be quiet, even after midnight or before 6am....They only accept cash, because of the failure of the card-reader machine. The attitude of the staff: according to this website and the hotels own website the staff are suppose to be helpful, but this was not the case. the location was also quite hard to find and the staff werent helpful in guiding us to thr train station etc.Breakfast. yes, the room we took on the first day it was horrible. WC not in room, noise from the street. no shower cabin in the bathroom!. there is no kitchen or even plates to use. it's very nosiy!!!!. reservation was lost! bad smell in the bathroom, bathroom door did not close, loose cables hanging from the wall, the blinds could not be rolled up or down, 3 out of 4 lamps in the room did not work, bed covers were stained, almost no english speaking staff. We complained and reduced our payment from 60 to 50 Euros. Funny: No reference to Brasil at all - but pictures of greek (!) gods on the wall. Staff.
