  The location is excellent, we lived in a spacious room with window facing the street, but it is very quiet during night. We can spot Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore from our window. We had a very good sleep. We are really glad to recommend it! P.S. The city map the owner gave us was very useful (more so than the map attached to our XXX guide boo... what people say » k, which is so general and inaccurate, maybe it is just about the planet as its name may indicate... ) - A LOVELY B&B situated right downtown. Located 3 minutes from the Duomo and 2 minutes from the Galleria Accademia, it's the perfect place to stay in Firenze. Despite it's centrality, the rooms face the inner courtyard and is very quiet. Federico, the host is extremely helpful, considerate and kind. I'm coming back in September and will be staying here again!

  First of Florence is the perfect place to stay if you want a spotless, beautifully decorated, "wow" factor, furnished small apartment. Our apartment was perfect for our family of four.   We stayed in the apartment for a week and we enjoyed it very much. We had the studio.It has everything necessary-kitchenette, microwave, fridge, cutlery, what we really appreciated is that there was a washing machine in the basement and you dont have to pay for it extra. The location is great, a quiet street but in the centre, very thick walls so ... what people say » you dont hear your neighbours. The landlady is very hospitable, and helpful. The wi-fi works very well, all the facilities work properly. We liked sta - The apartment was in a beautiful 16th century building. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

  I have to say I was a bit nervous staying here after reading a lot of bad reviews but as most of Florence was booked out- we went ahead with it. I dont understand any of the bad reviews- the room was so clean- there was a mini bar, the street is so safe, there was no noise from bathroom plumbing and the lady running the place- is so helpful and fr... what people say » iendly. There is a laundromat downstairs- so close to every attraction! - We really enjoyed staying in Locabndo Gallo. The staff was excellent. They are extremely friendly. They gave us very good suggestions for places to visit and dine. You should definitely follow their suggestions. The hotel is also located on a very convenient place, it is just 15 min walk form main train station and maybe 10-15 min walk from touristic places. The room is like you can see from the pics.

  Location - close to main attractions of Florence. Very friendly staff. All needed facilities. Big room. Make sure you notify the staff about parking reservation if you travel by car! Florence centre is very complicated for driving and doesn't have free parking places for non-residents. So, the garage in front of the hotel was very usefull, althoug... what people say » h expensive. - Well equipped room. Free tea and coffee possibitly in the room was nice... The owner is very helpful and the location is very good. Definitely I'll stay again.
