  The staff was really helpful and friendly! It is a good base to visit Florence, not far from the main turistic attractions and well connected to the main station and other towns (Fiesole etc.). - Friendly staff, family-like atmosphere, and nice breakfast considering the price.

  I stayed in the hostel for 9 nights, the staff is very professional, friendly, respectful and helpful, Alina is part of the staff and she gave me great advice on things and people in Florence. Very well located, is a very clean place.   By far the best hostel we've stayed at. Room was immaculately clean andspacious, there's a kitchen on each floor so there is no overcrowding.It's not a party place but it's very secure and comfortable. The stationis about a 10 minute walk, and the centre of town is easily reached byfoot. Highly recommended - It was really close to the train station... what people say » , just a quick walk away. When we got there we were greated by a 24 hour front desk with staffed by very nice people. Our rooms were very nice, simple and clean.

A small fridge (room enough for a beer) is available.
