There was a communal kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Coffee and tea were free. The owner was very nice and friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.   Right in the heart of Florence, this hotel is in an amazing spot. Just a short walk (up a little street and across the square) and you are at the Ufizzi Museum, after having passed all the restaurants. The rooms are furnished with basic furniture, yet amazingly comfortable-we had a table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, bed, and two bedside tables in ours... what people say » . We also had a near new bathroom, with some of the other rooms being renovated while we were there. Fast, strong wifi, and very friendly, helpful sta - We couldn't have hoped to have lived at a better hotel, particularly from the point of view of its location, literally a few steps from the piazza della signoria and the palazzo vecchio (and also extremely close to nearby attractions such as the uffizi, bargello and ponte vecchio). The hotel itself is quite wonderful, and our room was clean and more than adequate for our purposes. We'd chosen the 'private bathroom outside the room' option, and it ended up being only a minor issue (if at all).

  Very nice and friendly stuff; Hotel is located on the third floor without lift, but the owner helped us to carry all the heavy luggage. Very nice owner and family. Hotel is safe and don;t need to be affraid about your belongings. Hotel is located almost in the city centre and so close to the attractions. Thank YOu so much!!   The man who works here was incredibly helpful. We were running late on a train about to miss the check in window, and he waited an hour pass the set check in window for us. Hotel Aline is a great for anyone on a budget.
