The Staff were very freindly!!!!! They went right out of there way to help us with anything!!. Very nice hotel,good service,kind staff. the staff were excellent. friendly staff, wifi internet access. Room and Bathroom is large. Staff is nice and friendly. Good breakfast. Good price. Close to Duomo (5-10 mins walk). Nice Hotel, really close to the center of Florence (about 700m from the Duomo). People in the Hotel were really nice and friendly (we could leave the bags there untill the time of our train). The room was clean and had a good bed. Breakfast was good too.all reviews »
Personal and friendly manager/owner -- very pleasant; easy walk to Florence center; good value. A staff doing a good job.do cafe da manha (breakfast was really good). Excellent location, great price. Friendly, honest staff. the peaople. amability of staff, location ( 20-25 min of walk from railway station, 10 minutes from centre), clean towels and bedclothes. No life,the hotel is on the third floor. no lift. street noise at night. 20 mins walk to train station. Bathroom could be bigger, specially the shower.We do not smoke, but it was mentioned that smoking was sometimes a bit of a problem. There were no signs though!!. seria conveniente que a recepcáo ficasse aberta ate mais tarde.
(would be nice if the reception kept open until later). Very basic, a good student/young person destination only. parking suppliers. the shower needs to be enclosed.there was no television. I did not like the fact that just before travelling they said they would cancel the room if I did not give them my credit card details. I had already give them to you. very cold and moisture in the room , no heating at the end of octombre ; small bathroom , dampness in the bathroom , poor breakfast; the hotel is situated at the 2 floor of an old building , very dirty stairs , no elevator ; the room look like a student hostel room ; too much money for this conditions. Far below minimum standards.
