The staff went to great lengths to make us happy. For example, we needed to catch an early flight which meant we needed to leave the Hotel at 4:45am, breakfast was not served until 7:00am however, 30 minutes after their wake-up call they called again telling us that Breakfast was ready for us. I would definitely recommend this beatiful hotel to anyone - especially couples- planning to visit Venice. It is very convieniently located on the Grand Canal just opposite the reailway station. This is especially important if you are arriving by train from other cities in Italy.
