  This is my regular stopping point to be near Venice Airport. The staff are alway very helpful and friendly regardless of time of day. The free shuttle to the airport is also "a nice touch" that a lot of other hotels don't offer.A great place to stop. - The very closest hotel to the Airport.   The price was extremely reasonable, especially after two nights in San Marco. We had an early morning flight from the airport so wanted to move out of the San Marco area the evening before our flight. Bella Onda was minutes from the airport. They were very helpful getting us settled into our rooms. Breakfast things were available in the room so that we could eat even though - Our mroom in this B&B was completely self-contained. We arrived late on a flight into Venice airport, and we were met at the terminal, and it was only about a five minute trip to the Bella Onda B&B. We were shown to the room, which was large with one bed, and a table set for our breakfast. There was an adjacent kitchen with cold items in the refrigerator (butter, cheese, yogurt) and tea/coffee making facilities. We enjoyed being able to take breakfast without having to leave our room.   It was close to the airport and was very comfortable for our stay. Our request for waking us up early was taken up and we got a call exactly when we wanted! Stephano, the proprietor, went out of his way to accomodate me. The Number 5 bus both to Venice and to airport stops nearby. I booked it from the internet on a leap of faith because I was stranded due to Italian strike. Felt I lucked out.

  staff were delightful - so welcoming and friendly Warm, family atmosphere location near Marco Polo Clean and big room cheap bar! Breakfast was basic but more than adequate will definately stay there again - Perfect to relax and get organized after tromping around Venice. Fantastic staff.
