  We had a rental car but did not have directions from the Linate airport in Milan to the Rege. The hotel happily and immediately sent out a shuttle for us to follow back to the hotel. The breakfast at the Rege was excellen - The hotel was close to the metro, with a shuttle available. It was a 15 minute metro ride to the Duomo, with easy connections. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was execellent. The hotel was a great value for the rate.

  The desk clerk was very accommodating, even advancing me 15 euros to pay my cab. (I didn't realize I could have used the hotel shuttle.) The hotel was very luxurious, with a terrific breakfast included, at a very reasonable price. - the staff were really friendly, and the times of the meals were really convenient.

  The staff at this hotel was extremely nice, helpful and friendly. Our room was large with lots of storage space. The bed was comfortable. Parking was easily accessed from the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful and wait staff were attentive. The metro is about 3 blocks away and so it is easy to get into town.   I find the hotel with luck. Our booking had cancelled with 4 star hotel and went to this hotel at 9pm. Hotel is new, rooms are very clean and tidy. Bed to shower everything is comfortable. Its like 5 star hotel. Breakfast was very good and open buffet. Checkout is 12pm and nobody is pushing you to leave.
