The lady who met us was incredibly helpful. She was available late in the evening when we arrived (after 2200) and met us far from the hotel so that we could find our way. Our check-in was quick and we were able to clean up and sleep quickly. The room and beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner helped cool the room...we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was very close to the airport and very easy to get to even though my flight arrived at midnight. There was someone to greet me at this late hour and also a welcome snack. The hotel was clean and tidy. I was allowed to leave my bag at the hotel while I looked around Pisa the next day. -

The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. It was like stepping back in time to old style Italy but everything was comfortable and worked very well. Lots of hot water and a good shower.Look forward to our return! Excellent value for Money -

This was a delightful place to stay with Manuela being so helpful and friendly to all her guests. The beds were comfortable. The location is great, very close to the walls of central Lucca. It's in a quiet neigborhood with small shops (pastry, laundry, and others) within a short walk. Breakfast was better than expected and again the owner is the perfect host.
