I loved everything about my stay in this beautiful and tranquil, classic villa. The room was spacious and gorgeous, kept fresh and clean over the 5 days, the bed + linen perfect for comfort, the view from the sitting room/salon with balcony looked straight over the sea and the new marina with restaurant/bar open to all which really functions for this guesthouse as having a 5* facility fortuitously attached. Hosts were very helpful, courteous and kind. An ideal location I would say even for tho.

The location of the hotel was very nice. Our original plan was to go to the tower as quickly as possible, but we ended up spending the day in the area instead. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They did not have family rooms, but two double rooms were very satisfactory. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Very nice location, accross the new harbour. Don't look at google maps pictures! This is old. There is now a magnificent promenade to walk with a beautiful bar. We stayed one night before our flight in Pisa, ideal as only 20 minutes drive. Breakfast optional : good, for only 5€. This is such a beautifully kept home in a quiet but handy area. The hotel is in a very strategic position given the fact that the new harbor in Marina di Pisa will be inaugurated at the end of June 2013. But our windows looked in a garden so we felt comfortable nevertheless. The towels were not very effective. Nothing. We liked everything. Breakfast was plentiful but somewhat limited. Nothing. A lot of beaches in Marina-di-Pisa and most of them are not for free. Free beaches are crowded with people. But it's not about the hotel (which is just perfect). We did not stay long enough would like to stay longer. Could be bit noisy as corridors all tiled. location. Poor breakfast and lighting in the room. No breakfast served, making the place a sort of "dorm bed". no fridge in the room for cooling drinks. there is a fine line between being cheap and trying to save,,, and it felt that they crossed that line,,, the room was dark, not enough lights to read, tv didnt work and we were too tired to ask her to fix it. each time we tried to open a crack in the door to let in a bit of fresh air the ac automatically shut down. corridors were not lit. it was a very rainy night so it didnt feel so welcoming,,, there were dozens of huge moskitoes in the room. Owner forgott to give us basic information: marina is under reconstruction and we were waken up by vehicles every morning at 7. It was terrible, never more. There is a port build currentlly in the front of this house. Which means machines working all day since early morning. This cause o a lot of noise and dust. When the port is finished it will be a nice place to stay but at the moment customer has to accept this situation, but there is not anything mentioned about it when you book it. There were only sweet options for breakfast - no fruit, no vegetable, no ham or anything else as sweets.
