  We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. Climate control was the best I've ever had abroad, with separate... what people say » (and effective!) controls for the bedroom and living area. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

  The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Alp and his staff for organizing our temporary residence!   It is a nice studio with all the facilities including the stove, coffee machine, electric kettle, dish washer, washing machine, vending machine, lcd and internet. Again it has double bed and a real double bed (not two singles that we saw in many places in Europe). The staff is very good. I could not turn on the TV and i called and the lady came in... what people say » an hour on Sunday afternoon. Although i figured out how to turn it on and wrote an SMS to her to not come but she didnt receive and she came still (t - The apartment included amenities such as a dishwasher and was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was adequate, with plentiful hot water. The space was large enough so that one could spend time there without experiencing cabin fever. It was also well connected by the very regular 7A bus which reached Reumannplatz and Metro line 1 in about 7 minutes. It was generally quiet at night and felt secure.

  We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly ... what people say » and charming and helped me willingly with questions regarding Vienna.I also liked being able to have my breakfast up in my room. Parking on the street opens up about 5pm (workerbees parked there begin to head home about then), if you arrive before then, will need to pay for parking at hotel (9 euro) but very close and well worth it. Very nice running trail along the Danube River, less than 2km from hotel (front desk knew exactly how to get there/trail)- ran for over a - The hotel is conveniently located: the U3 is quite close and it takes you directly to the first district. Moreover, I was able to go jogging in Prater every day! The staff is friendly, the food is awesome and the room was as clean as a pin... I LOVED it.

  Great location in walking distance to many key attractions including th wonderful St Stephen's and incredible shopping areas. Our street had everything - a bakery, cash machine, pharmacy, a famous clock, ice creamery and a corner beer and sausage stand!
