  We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. All in all, we were pretty pleased and will definitely visit the hotel again when we're in Vienna. - The staff at the front desk were very friendly ... what people say » and charming and helped me willingly with questions regarding Vienna.I also liked being able to have my breakfast up in my room. The rooms were very spacious and well decorated.

  We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-) The staff is really helpfull and friendly. The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. - Staff is amazing - one of the most pleasant people I met. Smile, kind... what people say » ness, warm welcome even they offered to change parking tickets for us. Hotel has excellent location, nice big rooms (suits), tons of parking around, walking distance to down town.

  Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? She was also very helpful about transportation,musems etc.(sorry again not to recognize you on the street) :) Location was good. We ca... what people say » n get to Stephanplatz within 10-15 minutes. It was very close to Schwedenplatz. There were nice cafes and bars around. Hotel was very very clear and r - Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone... Last thing I would like to thanks all the staff there and I would like to give special thanks to both Mr. Khalid Zaki and Mrs. Julia :)

  Convenient location, close to attractions, near a supermarket, clean, you can adjust the temperature in the room, a bathroom with a view of the canal, the hotel quiet, very pleasant staff, the kitchen has everything you need down to the smallest detail, the bathroom has too, the hotel is near trams and Metro, beautiful view from the window (8th fl... what people say » oor), internet in the room worked. Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal in front of the hotel.
