  I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on. Breakfast served until 11:30 was excellent, with cold cuts, youghurts, pastries, cereals, 3 types of egg dishes and even goulash soup, if that's your preference.   Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children.   Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging.   We stayed here for 6 nights, June 10 through June 15, 2013. The location, a block from the Opera and the Karlsplatz Ubahn station, couldn't be better. The apartment we had (407) was spacious and comfortably appointed, with a bedroom completely separate from the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment and a very nice breakfast nook. (There's also - The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.
