  The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very conveniently located right in the heart of Vienna. We lived 9 days and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Many thanks to the Alp and his staff for organizing our temporary residence!   I was delighted to discover this excellent hotel right in the centre of Vienna, immediately opposite the Stephansdom. My room was surprisingly quiet even though it overlooked the large plaza with so much outdoor activity going on.   First of all I should mention that this hotel is one of the best hotels I staid till the moment and I am always trying to choose 4* hotels. I can say more, it is easily in top 5 of my rating. There is a parking house nearby b - Everything was excellent. If you want to have both museums and good shopping nearby hotel Beethoven is proper choice. The Museum of Art History is of the world importance, Hofburg, Stephandom and Museum Quarter- 10 min., Karskirhe (concerts, in august the theaters on holidays), Secession, Akademy of fine Arts Gallery - 3 min. Theater an der Wiene and Opera are quite near. The Hotel offers excellent breakfasts, koffee and tea in the room (our was 503) - free, concerts on Sundays with shampaigne

It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children.   Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available ... what people say » for our stay ...which meant we ahd access to the 'executive lounge' this was a great facility ....alomost like a members bar ...that had all day tea and coffee and soft drinks..also a small selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner

  We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern. The room was very large with wide windows from which we could view the rooftops of the entire Inner Stadt, including the cathedral and town hall which are lit up brilliantly... what people say » at night. We loved going to sleep and waking up with the view beside us. The bed was large and comfortable. The open-plan bathroom had both a bathtub - Amazing quality, the rooms are very modern and practical, loved the dog menu, it's very rare that a hotel is paying such an attention for animals, have highlight the breathtaking view of the whole city from the 18 th floor restaurant perfect by night just as a pleasant morning breakfast
